Jeremy Liles always takes the time to review my service history and coordinate the recommendations from the Service Technicians so that my 2014 Honda Accord is always receiving the maintenance it requires in a timely fashion. I had the car alignment checked and the tires balanced. I was very happy with the work when a first left Coggin Honda but now I wonder if one of the tires lost a weight. I seem to be able to hear a tire vibrating when I am driving on smooth pavement. Or not. There is very little smooth pavement in Jacksonville these days and it may be my imagination.

Dom and Tony were excellent. Very professional and efficient. I’ve been to other local Honda dealerships and Coggin Honda is easily the best.

The services took all afternoon, but I knew that they were doing a thorough, excellent job. They discovered several issues with my car which I had not been aware of. Megan made sure to let me know what was being accomplished and she made sure that I had a printout of what services were needed and . She was very busy, but she was patient with each and every customer and she handled all of the paperwork with ease. You are fortunate to have her as your employee.
