My husband and I have been looking for a couple of months for our new Honda. We saw on line that Coggin Honda had a pilot we wanted to look at. We were happy that Nick Daniels actually went out to the pilot and took picture so we knew the car was on the lot. This was important since we experienced 2 other dealerships that advertised the vehicle, only to drive there and find out it was in transit.3 things about our visit.We told Nick we were on our way with in 30minutes I believe , and that we were buying a Honda pilot touring today. I would have thought the pilot would’ve been brought up front for us to see when we got there. It wasn’t , Nick walked us to the fenced area in the back of the lot, when we started looking over the car, Nick did not have the fod to show use the special features.At the time Honda was running a $1000 rebate for loyal Honda owners. When I asked about the rebate I was told due to supply and demand Coggin didn’t participate in the program. It was a rebate from Honda not Coggin.My husband explained to Nick that he had a previous commitment that he had to be back in Kingsland by 3pm. When the process was taking longer than expected, Nick apologised but that didn’t change things. Nick had said he would get us a loner and we could finish up the next day but then he couldn’t. My husband ended up having to cancel his obligation because the paperwork couldn’t be processed quick enough/car hadn’t gone through inspection and detailing, whatever the excuse was. We should not have been at the dealership for over five hours. Nick did not have to sell us on the vehicle, we knew what we wanted and after seeing the car we were ready to do the paperwork. We would’ve just had to come back the next day with 4 grandkids in tow. After my husband canceled his obligation, it seemed like it was taking even longer to get worked on. My husband is hypoglycaemic and was getting to the point of shanking. He asked to borrow a car a couple time to run up the street to publix’s to get a sandwich but Nick said he couldn’t do it. Eventually he was allowed to give us two boxes of food for 3 people, that was delivered for the sales team. Unfortunately my husband wasn’t able to eat the food so he had to go from 10am til 5pm Before he could get food that would settle his hypoglycaemic episode.I don’t want to deal with a previous dealership because of how we were treated. Yes you have my money now but i can choose where I want my service done anywhere.

I purchased a new car and it was delivered as promised by Steven W. and and it was a smooth transaction at a responsible price unlike the other dealers we checked with. Steven kept me informed every step of the way and I would definitely use him as a salesman again. Happy with purchase.
