Made appt. for 1:00 and was told it could be an hour to hour and a half for first service on CRV. Not sure how good the appt system is. Bt, I got in, got done quickly, and got out.

Someone forgot to reset the odometer.

Tyson was everything we could have asked for in a salesperson. He was knowledgeable and attentive, at the same time he was respectful of our timeline and preferences. The management staff was also very kind and reasonable in negotiating our deal.

This overall was a positive experience. The only thing I can comment on was the overall appearance and environment of the showroom and waiting area. It was pretty dirty. There were people sitting around with no shoes on and their feet all over the sofas. The bathrooms were dirty. It just seemed unclean. The office of our processor was so torn down and shabby. The wallpaper was being held up by tacks. It was just messy.
