Everything was okay except I had several things that needed immediate attention one being the engine air filter which was changed the last time I was in for an oil change. I changed it myself but have since changed it again but it was not needed. The system should take into account the filter being changed by the owner.

Salesperson was excellent. Didn't pressure me. First visit, I asked lots of quote for my and test drove the car. At that visit, he got a quote for my trade in. Next visit, he answered questions my brother had over the phone. He matched the trade in quote from another dealer. We closed the deal and I was able to drive it home for the weekend. I got the color and type of car I wanted and he went over the features of the car before I left the dealership.

Took my car into Coggin as there was a steering issue. Honda took care of the problem. It was going to take time so Melvin offered a UBER and I was able to return home. Melvin kept me informed about the progress of the car.

I loved that I was able to do most of my research and negotiation online before I came to the dealership to see the car in person. Everyone was very nice and reasonable and answered all questions.

After I picked up my suv I had to enter the radio system code myself to get it activated. It was just a little inconvenience and I didn’t mind it at all. Initially I still gave a 5 stars from the text survey. A week later I opened my hood and found out that the cap on power steering reservoir is missing. So I drove to the dealer to let them know. Fortunately they had the cap and they replaced it. The point is what if I didn’t open my hood and didn’t catch it on time. So I’ll be driving around without the cap and risking the fluid getting contaminated or getting spelled that might damage the power steering system in the future.I called the service advisor (Jeremy Liles) to let him know their mistake.
