After making contact by phone with Alberto my daughter and I test drove a couple of vehicles. One of which was not on the original plan and that I just kind of threw out there to try. Alberto was very knowledgeable about each vehicle and made sure that we understood the different trims and years.After a couple of days I co tasted Alberto again to set up second test drives on a CRV and a Ridgeline. He was very patient as we both test drove the vehicles and asked questions. We never felt as if a decision had to be made right that moment, if fact he took time to find out what would be coming to the dealership in the future. I was very pleased that I also did not feel pressured to buy the more expensive truck, he remained neutral until I was sure of which I would buy. Thank you

Service visit with Mike Hernandez. Everything went smooth. Odd not seeing a single new car in the parking lot. I thought this Honda dealership was going out of business when I pulled in. I would move Used cars to the New car lot to keep it from looking so scarce. Other nearby dealers are doing the same.
