The service advisor did his best so I can have my car ready by 3PM. Already when I dropped off my car he already advised me that due to short staff my car will be ready in 4 hours. I told him to do his best so I can have my car ready on the time I requested. Service advisor was nice, helpful, and accommodating.

I made a maintenance appointment earlier in the morning with the hopes of getting in and out quickly. When I pulled up, I was met by personnel directing me to a Service representative, I was checked in and directed to the waiting area. I was provided contact and status update information via text and kept up to date on any findings before the work was completed. I was notified of the status and when the work was completed. Overall the experience was uneventful and very efficient.

Never liked the car shopping experience in the past; that was before we worked with Deb Henson. The entire dealership was exceptionally clean and welcoming, Deb has an extra fear that sets her apart from past car sales consultants. Wow!
