I was greeted quickly after arriving. Inside the man who took my car in was friendly, informative and professional. He told me how long the service might take but it was much quicker.

THE MESSAGE ON MY DASH INDICATED I NEEDED MAINTENANCE SO MADE THE APPOINTMENT. MY APPOINTMENT TIME WAS BEST FOR ME TO LEAVE NIGHT BEFORE TO AVOID SOME TRAFFIC. THIS WORKED OUT WELL FOR ME AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHO HAD WORK COMPLETED EARLY AND INFORMED ME. GREATLY APPRECIATED SO EXCELLENT RATING.

Pro - generally focused on our preferences; handled sale process well, including reserve car while we were out of town; comfortable discussing our preferences; finance handled paper work efficiently.Con - sales requested a top\excellent rating 3-4 times even thought we said not to ask; manager ask for explanation for not buying at first visit; completion of paper work for final sale seemed rather long.Overall rating 3.5.

The services were completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The service advisor was very professional, courteous as always.
