THE MESSAGE ON MY DASH INDICATED I NEEDED MAINTENANCE SO MADE THE APPOINTMENT. MY APPOINTMENT TIME WAS BEST FOR ME TO LEAVE NIGHT BEFORE TO AVOID SOME TRAFFIC. THIS WORKED OUT WELL FOR ME AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHO HAD WORK COMPLETED EARLY AND INFORMED ME. GREATLY APPRECIATED SO EXCELLENT RATING.

I am extremely pleased with my recent visit. All the timing was perfect and didn’t inconvenience me at all.. The work done was greatly appreciated. Your expertise in determining what needed to be done was very helpful. My advisor was impressive. Considerate, knowledgeable and also helpful. All I could ask for. My mind is at ease about my car now. Knowing Coggin Honda is there to take care of my car is always reassuring. Thank you.

Pro - generally focused on our preferences; handled sale process well, including reserve car while we were out of town; comfortable discussing our preferences; finance handled paper work efficiently.Con - sales requested a top\excellent rating 3-4 times even thought we said not to ask; manager ask for explanation for not buying at first visit; completion of paper work for final sale seemed rather long.Overall rating 3.5.
