I appreciated that the service advisor contacted me to let me know that they were extremely busy, the day before my scheduled appointment so I could reschedule. I have very low mileage on my vehicle, but I take it in every six months anyway. I was impressed that the advisor checked how much life was left on my oil and told me that I didn't really need an oil change. He was professional and knowledgeable. I bought my car at Coggin and I only go to Coggin for service. I took my old car there for eight years, until I traded it in. I have been going there for elevan years exclusively.

Great service advisor!!!! We needed our van serviced for its regular service and for a trip. It was finished well and in a timely fashion.

Service was good, however everything I requested to be check was not completed.

Marcus (salesman) was very helpful and had a great attitude throughout our visit. He and Sam (finance manager) hustled to get the deal done in the short amount of time we gave them. We were also impressed with Ibrahim (new car sales manager) for knowing the details of paying taxes in GA as it’s different state to state and we’ve dealt with other dealerships not knowing what they’re talking about and brushing our concerns to the side. I even got progress texts from the service department as they were washing my car! My husband and I are very satisfied with our purchase; you can’t go wrong with a Honda and Coggin is a great dealership.
