Marcus (salesman) was very helpful and had a great attitude throughout our visit. He and Sam (finance manager) hustled to get the deal done in the short amount of time we gave them. We were also impressed with Ibrahim (new car sales manager) for knowing the details of paying taxes in GA as it’s different state to state and we’ve dealt with other dealerships not knowing what they’re talking about and brushing our concerns to the side. I even got progress texts from the service department as they were washing my car! My husband and I are very satisfied with our purchase; you can’t go wrong with a Honda and Coggin is a great dealership.

Staff is friendly and I get timely feedback on the process of how much longer my car will be ready.

Upon arrival for G&O change, I was alerted to a projected 3 hour wait for service. When scheduling this appointment, I should have been warned of this possibility and I could have arranged my schedule accordingly. After waiting about 1 1/2 hours, i was able to pay and leave. Outside I could not locate my car. It was finally located and I could drive away.

Jeremy and the rest of his team performed their duties efficiently and quickly. I also enjoyed the hot cocoa there during the wait.

My appointment was scheduled for 5:40pm and was advised upon arrival that my service would be completed within a 2hr window. It would have been better if the appointment setter was knowledgeable about the necessary 2hr window for more convenience. My arrival could have been earlier and wouldn’t have had to stay until 7pm.
