I had scheduled an appointment several weeks earlier, and I was told at the time for my scheduled appointment it would take about five hours - to change bake fluid, rotate and align tires. Really? I had just driven fifty minutes to the appointment. I rescheduled the appointment to a 7 am time slot. I arrived at 6:50 am. The shop opened at 7. My car was taken soon after. The car was returned at about 8:20 am. I was pleased with the quick turn around, but the car did not get a car wash as I was previously told was always part of service. However, I appreciated the quick turn around.I rarely find the staff friendly or personable. They often seem like they are having a bad day or that I am bothering them with my visit. During this service visit, the technician that took my car was friendly and smiled a lot. This really stood out to me because I find this lacking at Coggins.

I had the first appointment at 7 AM for an oil change. I was out by 8:15! Great timing! Josh was very gracious and had me on my way!

Initially I thought this first visit would be 30 t0 45 minutes as I was given a 1:20 appt. time. On the plus side though you were showing a real good movie and the time passed quickly,( 2 ) hours. All required work was excellent. Thanks. Ron Kushner
