My service advisor, Dan Dyer, was great. He explained the service done to my vehicle and let me know items that would eventually need to be addressed. The service itself (oil change and tire rotation) took too long and I had to wait 1 1/2 hours. Dan was kind enough to offer a discount on my service as compensation for the extra time.
