Called for an appointment for service... Explain what I needed.. They had no Room to complete the service that day.. High volume Day.. Agreed to leave my car overnight to begin service the next day.. Being a truck driver time is money... A few hours later I received a call from the service team.. My car was finished.. Even with a headlight replacement done oil change and tire rotation.. At 7:55 p.m. they were still helping customers.. So thank you service department You guys and gals are doing a awesome job.. Sincerely Jonathan Smith..

I had a recall on an airbag. I made an appointment and my car was taken immediately. It was promised in 2 to 3 hours. It was done in two and got a car wash as well. Love the roomy waiting area, with movies, coffee, and popcorn. A really nice experience as usual.

I was very impressed by the salesmen who handled all phases of Coggin's customer sale process. Steve answered all our questions and during our test drive pointed out all the features of the 2019 CR-V. He presented a estimate of what my drive away cost would be. When I returned to dealership Steve was busy with another customer and he turned us over to Sam to finalize our cost. Except for the back and forth of Sam having to talk with his manager, we each a mutually agreeable price. But it took an hour! After signing all the paperwork which took another hour to complete, we then received our new car. What happened next made us want to buy our future cars from you. Sam went with us to the new car and reviewed in very complete details, the features of the auto. After answering all of our questions, he gave us his contact information and asked us to call if any questions should arise. In buying new cars, we have never experienced this level of support!

Everything was handled correctly. The Agent which handled my paperwork was outstanding. The problem with my odometer, on (o) I did not know it was to be reset.
