Service associate , Oliver, as usual was kind, thorough, he is the best Associate you have in the 3 plus yrs., I ‘ve been coming, also the waiting room was quiet!! Usually a lot of confusion going on.... My only issue, 10 minutes after I left my low tire pressure lite came on, so back I went, the kind outside gentleman took my car back and my back right tire only had 28lbs???, I had my tires rotated?? Hmmm

I brought my vehicle in for a couple of different things. I have only ever brought my vehicle to Coggin Honda on Atlantic since I've owned it (2011) except once when I was at the outlet stores in St. Augustine & my car was completely dead. Even then I had it towed to Coggin of St. Augustine! In all of my years, loyalty means a lot, usually. Yet I have never received ANY offers or even incentives from Coggin to keep bringing my vehicle back, or "thanks for your loyalty, here's a free oil change on us!" type of offer! I realize you guys are huge, and many people use you, but it would be nice to know that loyalty IS appreciated. Someone keeps telling me to take my vehicle to 'Jiffy Lube' for my oil changes instead of to Coggin. You know, at least they send coupons every now & then. But I STILL go to Coggin!

I really enjoy the service that I had recently with you all my service man was very good and I hope to see him again next time I bring my car to be serviced

Even though my vehicle needed several things done and the wait time was very long, the dealership offered me a ride to and from wherever I want to go and included a free car wash as well. The customer service was excellent and that is why I will be back again.
