I received personal and professional service from Mike Hernandez. I was amazed at how quickly my car was finished considering the work that I had them do. This Service Department doesn’t try to gouge you by adding on additional repairs. Also, their waiting area is the best of any other repair facility that I’ve ever encountered.

Excellent service and attention to detail. I had recently changed the battery on my CPO 2016 Honda Odyssey EXL, and my backup proximity sensors were no longer beeping as I got dangerously close to an object. Upon failing to reset the system myself, I made an appointment with service provider David Gaines. When repeated attempts to diagnose the problem were unsuccessful, service director Matt Hutson became personally involved with a dogged determination to rectify the situation. He, David, and multiple techs, attacked the problem with a relentless intention to solve the puzzling problem, no matter how long it took, or what resources had to be utilized. That perseverance eventually payed dividends when it was found that my vehicle's backup sensor system, is actually a dealer add-on option, and a short wiring harness was used when installing. Consequently the reset button for the system was finally found to be located inside the car's liftgate. I can assure you that their inquisitiveness and determination to satisfy are the only reasons the solution was finally found. A less professional crew, would have shrugged and given up when reasonable attempts proved unfruitful. I'd like to deeply thank Coggin Honda for the caliber of your employees, and the level of training they've obviously received. Furthermore, I would highly recommend your dealership to any fellow Honda owner requiring service on their vehicle. Finally, as a result of this experience, Coggin will be my first choice, when looking for another vehicle. Thank you!
