As always, the service was excellent. I bought my CR-V at this dealership in 2011, and have only had it serviced at the same dealership. The service is always the same. My car is taken in promptly, I am kept abreast of the needed repairs, usually by Mike Hernandez, in the time specified ( I always wait for the car), and I am always satisfied with the price, compared to other service shops.

I wasn't quite sure if one of the recommended items were performed because it wasn't on the receipt. The service advisor said it was done though. I didn't get message when the service was done, I had to call and check.
