Brought my 2003 Element in on appointment to have the airbag recall corrected. Jeremy Liles met me slightly ahead of schedule and advised of time to complete the work. Called to say work done before plan, and car was washed at no charge. Quite satisfied from start to finish!

The service team really went above and beyond to help me with my car. Friendly and helpful people. Will absolutely return.

Once in the service center everything was great. The unfortunate part was the disconnect between the call center and the actual service department. I specified what services I needed and that I intended to wait- none of this was reflected in the information my service person received. As a result they had me listed as a drop off and no guarantee on how long I would wait.

Service department was quick and friendly.

Had an appointment, car was taken in on time and the service was great. I appreciated the fact that the mechanic identified a problem that I was unaware of that I will be getting fixed next month at your shop. Mike Hernandez (and Jeremy who signed me in because Mike was busy with another customer when I arrived ) were very helpful and easy to work with. I will be back.

Oliver was very attentive to my Civic and me . Told me what the next things I need to do. As far as maintenance. Granny flush. Will bring it in soon to do that as it is reaching 30,000 miles.
