Seems they are stepping up their customer service game. The waiting time remediando an issue, but it was easy to drop the car off then pick up later. I was kept informed and given options, my car was washed and vacuumed after just an oil change. The vive was friendlier than I remember. Good experience.

I had an airbag recall for my 2002 Honda Accord and I greatly appreciate the text reminders. Great idea. Called and made the appt. Jeremy took the call and got me right in. Thank you. Everyone there were friendly and helpful. I had a comfortable place to sit and read. Appreciate the coffee and snacks. They also looked over my car an gave me a list of issues that need attention. Brakes (I didn’t know about) and an oil leak (I did know about). The list and the quote are very helpful and I’ll be back for the service. Again thanks for the great friendly service.
