Another great visit

My salesman Mike, listened to all my requests and found me the perfect car. My only complaint is the hour long wait to see the financial department. Once in, it was quick and easy.

Service was done quickly but not thoroughly - brought vehicle in for AC repair, tire rotation and also had AC air filter replaced. However, after picking up my car, before I even got home the 'low tire pressure' warning light came on. And now a week later I have 'service due soon' warnings for oil change, tire rotation and AC filter. So clearly the latter two service items were not reset in the vehicle maintenance settings.

Where able to work me in a quick and timely manner, without an appointment, for an oil change.

GREAT SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

Service was impeccable and they kept me informed about the progress of the service and gave me recommendations for the upcoming service.

The only negative I have on this service visit is that part of the reason for the visit was a recall for the rear doors. On arriving I was informed that the needed parts needed to be ordered and I was asked if they had been. When I made the appointment no mention was made about ordering parts and if they had informed me at the time of my call I could have accomplished everything in one visit instead of the two it's going to take.

Service was reasonably fast and friendly.
