the employees are all very attentive to assure you understand what is going to be done, and when you get checked out the explain what was done, what was checked to be sure everything is performing like it should be, then they recommend what needs to be checked the next time. a printout is also given so you can have a record to refer to. the waiting area is first class with comfortable seating, food and snack options including healthful options. the restroom facilities were being remodeled but a top of the line mobile unit was provided and it was air conditioned. kudos for customer care from start to finish in every aspect of service.

We had a great experience starting online with Marcus and Bridgette, followed up by Gino in person. We had test driven a civic a another dealership in the area. Gino went through things we were never told and had no idea about. Their approach was not over bearing as we've had in other dealerships.

After my visit I realized I did not gave a problem. I realized I did not understand certain options on my car. I just wanted to make sure I was not causing any harm to my most beautiful 2018 Accord. I appreciate them advising me that they found nothing wrong. Excellent service.
