I arrived unannounced at Coggin Honda with a practically flat tire that I had just inflated prior to leaving the parking garage at work. I had just finished a 12 hour night shift at the hospital & was very tired. They took my car back immediately, fixed the problem, & got me safely going in a timely manner so I could go home & sleep peacefully for my next night shift. They are always so accommodating & professional! Thank you!

Honda not only have great cars, its customer service is great! My rep was amazing and very sharp! My car was done in an hour and was washed as well. Customer service is one of the reasons i keep purchasing Hondas.

It was very good. Jeremy assisted me, helped get a Lyft ride to and from work, and communicated with me during the day, informing me that updates would take a little longer than anticipating, asking if that was OK. I'm a satisfied customer.

You need to fire whoever you have doing the courtesy washes. A blind person could do a better job. I also don't like being pressured into buying services I didn't come for.

Jeremy is great but the technician should perform a tire rotation when the customer requests it, especially if its a front wheel drive car and the tires haven't been rotated in six months and 8k miles.
