I would like to give a 5 but there were a couple of glitches. 1. Had trouble with website for scheduling an appointment. Ended up calling for service. 2. Communication on the day of service was sporadic. 3. The process of picking the vehicle up was disjointed and awkward. My advisor was helping another customer and there was an extended delay getting assistance. The process needs fine-tuning and redundancy.

This was my first time receiving service at Coggin the experience was pleasant. Oliver my service advisor was awesome and polite he help me figure out the proper services my vehicle needed. The service was performed by the technician in a timely manner. I have no complaints and will defiantly recommend Coggin and utilize them for all my service needs.
