Overall service was great. However, while waiting, there was construction going on the bathroom with lots of noise which at times was unbearable.

The only issue I ever have when coming is when I don’t have an appt I stand at the desks for a good 10-15 mins with plenty of service agents open and no one ever takes initiative to help. No one acknowledges you coming in or makes you feel welcome. I do like the new texting the car report to you.
