Very professional, even took a look at a floormats issue I mentioned while waiting for my car.

Everyone was courteous and the job was done in adequate time. A little more detail is needed for the car wash. That would be great. Also, more details about promotions and special offers in Emails would be preferred. I paid more than I anticipated.

My wait time was 3 hours, and I had an appt! I have learned that this is a corporate policy, to not turn any business away, no matter how many appts are requested. Other customers were complaining of the wait time this day also. This is not acceptable, and will cause a loss of customers if not rectified.

Jeremy is a great service advisor. He was responsive and knowledgeable. Very easy to work with and explained everything. Pleased with this dealerships service.

Excellent, comprehensive service

I got the usual great service I've come to expect at Coggin Honda. Vaid Tabaku was my service advisor this time. He was professional and kept me informed on the progress of my repairs. The service technician also spoke with me regards the repairs needed. There was an unexpected issue near the end of the repair. It was necessary to order some additional parts. Vaid made arrangements for a rental car for me. It was the weekend and the parts wouldn't be in until Monday. Vaid called shortly after lunch Monday and told me my CR-V was ready. I have always been well pleased with the service and the folks at Coggin Honda. They are professional and customer oriented.
