Excellent customer service by my Advisor

Overall it was a good experience. The service was pleasent, the only thing I feel needs to happen faster is the checkout, I saw my vehicle all ready, yet I was not called or contacted in any way. When I walked up to the desk I was taken care of right away, but from the phone call the rep had to make it seemed like the service department was running behind on their paperwork. That's a downer since it would have been a solid 5 stars.

It went pretty smoothly. I believe some of the recommendations were too costly.
