Mike Hernandez took outstanding care of my daughter’s Honda Accord when she drove home from college with ALL her maintenance notification lights lit up on the dashboard after a long semester!! Alberto was very professional and the whole process of buying my 2019 Pilot was easy and fast. I drove the EXL first and then the Touring and he knew which one would make me happiest. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and has been very responsive to any questions I’ve had since buying —and I’ve had a lot! Ashley in finance was one of the sweetest people. The whole team at Coggin Honda is first class and amazing! I love my new Pilot and I’ll be back to buy my next Honda. This was our 2nd purchase at Coggin Honda and won’t be our last. Thank you!

I recently had my Honda Pilot repaired for a recall on the airbags at your service center. Michael Phinese was in charge of my service, I received excellent service from Michael. He was polite and caring. He not only answered all my questions but also researched recall information on my daughter’s Honda Fit which was purchased at your dealership. It was a pleasure to spend time in your dealership. The media room was a great way to pass the time. Michael kept me updated on the repair and I was grateful. My second vist getting car service, all was great! However the timing was way to long, i schedule i advance for a 715am arrival, but i ended up staying way over than expected, during this visit i had hope to get the courtesy rinse/ or wash but due to the time i had to exclude that from my visit, the unexpected time caused me to be shy late for work by a couple of minutes, so u see thats why i schedule for early morning service. Communication, was great! Service was great! But the timeing was not as what i had predicted it to take.
