Waited a little longer than I expected since I had an appointment and I got there about 15-20 mins ahead of time. Everyone was very nice and the waiting area (movie theater) was clean and comfortable. Someone was coming in checking on the food and drinks and cleaning up. My first maintenance was FREE which was a great surprise. I had a question about my CarPlay and one of the men came out to my car and helped me. Thank you!
