The service experience was really good except one issue. I was handed over the car and the battery was completely drained and I couldn’t start it. The service advisor helped with the jump start and I left the dealership. The cars battery issue occurred twice the same day and needed jump start. I came in again to have the alternator and battery checked. Both showed status as good, but I am still apprehensive what happened to my car, because it has never had any issue from the date it was bought until the day I picked it back up from he service.

In and out in a reasonable amount of time considering service performed.
