Great service. Reasonable timing

Went in for a oil change and the service associate greeted me outside I asked how long it would take and he told me and I said go ahead. During the inspection they noticed a couple things that needed to be done. They sent me an estimate and I had the work completed. My CR-V drives so much better now than before. They did an awesome job and the car was completed when he said it would be.b

My experience was a good one.

I brought my 2018 pilot in for its 10,000 mile oil change and service. Everything went great except when I was driving home...I checked the tire pressure and the front two were the same 32 lbs but the back driver tire was 30 lb and the back passenger was 34. I was told when picking my car up a test had been performed and was shown a tread picture that indicated all were wearing evenly so they did not rotate my tires. I'm wondering if indeed a test was done with the descrepancy in pressure. The car was left for 2.5 hours. I wish the tires had been rotated and the pressure right. It's hard to make arrangements to bring in my car for service with the hours I work and how far away I live from dealership. Lesson learned however, next time I won't leave service bay before checking tire readings. All in all good service and friendly staff.
