Dashboard had tire pressure low message. Brought the car in and asked them to check tires for nails, etc. tires were checked and reported no problems. Recommended having tires rotated and I agreed to have it done. Work was done quickly.

Everything went fine except the wait time. I had an appointment to change oil & rotate tires. It took almost two hours to get it done. It definitely should not take so long for this type of service, especially when you set up an appointment.

Upon my request, my advisor pulled my car out from a tight parking spot. Advisor Jeremiah greeted me promptly when I walked in the office. The waiting time was less than I expected.
