It was a great experience with a wonderful sales and finance staff.

I had an appointment at 11am for service/oil change. They had walk in's galore at that time I came in. I was there for 2.5 hrs!! When you walk in, the expectation is appointments get first priority in my mind. If you go through the trouble of making an appointment, it should be prioritized this way. The manager did make it right and waived my payment for service but it was still frustrating.
