Pleasant and very courteous

I had a fantastic experience with Coggin Honda. Gino, the sales person, was amazing and a consumate professional. His manager, Bridget Farmer, was equally amazing plus she was easy to work with and made the experience delightful.

Didn't have to wait so long this time and was able to use a coupon emailed to me. Serviceperson was great.

I went in to learn about the new hybrid Honda CRV, the features, and I test drove it. I told the salesperson I was not buying the car that day and he did not pressure me to do so. He also made time to have my car evaluated for trade in. I left and returned the next week and told him I was offered significantly more for my car. He matched the price for trade in, he spoke with my brother to answer questions and I bought the car.
