Made an appointment for my paint and leather protection reapply that we purchased when we bought the vehicle. First service advisor said that Honda did not do that treatment on a bi-annual basis. I asked to speak to a manager, Lyric, who took care of the issue and had the service performed.The Passport also has an issue with leather on the steering wheel coming unstitched. I had talked to a service advisor a few months back and he said that a new steering wheel would need to be installed because the leather could not be repaired. The steering wheel was never ordered and the issue was never put in the computer system pertaining to this vehicle.After speaking to Lyric on September 20th regarding this issue she had said that the steering wheel will be ordered and I would be getting a call when the part came in. As of September 30th, we have not been contacted that the part is in.We have owned 8 Honda vehicles throughout the years and have never had any issues regarding service. I hope this is the only issue we have to deal with regarding the Passport.

Staff listened to my concerns and were eager to resolve my vehicles issues.
