Arrived on rainy night to look at used vehicle. Sales associate greeted my wife and I properly and respectfully, and had the car ready for a visual inspection and test drive. Due to weather, I was unable to really drive the car properly, but from a service perspective, your associate did everything possible to answer my questions. After consulting with my wife, we did decide to buy the vehicle. Actual sales process was slow and complex, but did eventually get completed. Your staff was respectful and polite to both of us throughout the visit.
