Alberto and Nico were so professional and kind. They kept in touch with us through out the process. Even though it was during the time of the car industry hacking incident. I was very happy with customer service that was extended to me by Mr. Lee. He is definitely a professional and he has patience that made you feel like a valuable customer of Honda. Hopefully, I can have Mr. Lee as my personal service advisor each time I come in for service.

The service was good. I had a problem with my invoice.I asked have it Email to me ,but never received it..When I ask them to try again and they said they can only do it once.2.... I also wanted to get information about my extended warranty. How is told check with financial. I left a voice message on the machine with my name and number to contact me about the situation. No one ever Got back with me. I asked my service manager about my extended warranty and no information.He can give me was the day in mileage of when it expired period. I was looking for exactly what my extended warranty covered. SoWhoever is Reading this survey I still need to know what my warranty covers. Besides.These 2 things, my service manager was very professional and polite. He's an asset for your team..
