I was interested in a 2025 Honda Pilot. Pierre was able to set me up with a test drive and explained everything the vehicle had to offer. Following the test drive I was able to negotiate a fair price to purchase the vehicle.

It was great.

Oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid change. Service was good, although a little on the slow side (3 hours).

Our Experience with Coggin Jacksonville was amazing, compared to all the other dealerships we’ve dealt with over the years., Our salesman, Steve, and sales managers, Steve, and all the other staff Was extremely pleasant, nice helpful, and low pressure to work with. We had visited Coggin to test drive vehicles a few months ago, and then contacted them when we wanted to move Forward with our Ridgeline purchase. We worked with Steve via phone text and Internet to make the trade-in deal work for all of us. The color ridgeline we wanted to buy, was at another dealership in the Coggin network, and our salesman arranged to drive to the other other dealership swap a car for the ridgeline and drive it back so we could pick it up on Saturday. We added on some dealer installed options, and their service department was able to get them completed the same day we picked up the vehicle. this was our first Honda purchase, and we’re so glad we found Coggin Honda in Jacksonville and Steve to work with.
