IT went well, didnt have to wait too long. service was complete , no problems. wish you would bring back shuttle van. lyft takes 1-2 hrs to get back to dealership because I live 2miles away?

I had a great experience with your service and why was waiting for my car to be serviced. I got to see movies.

I do not like “typical” car buying experience, which would include hours at the dealership. When I asked Marcus (the BEST!) if we could do all of our preparation prior to my arrival, he happily assisted. He helped me with a great deal on my new CRV SPORT. When coming in to sign for my car, Ambar in finance was great. She really was efficient and professional. Both Marcus and Ambar were above par in their knowledge and representation of the Honda cars and brand. FIVE STAR service for sure.
