My Service Advisor Jeremy Lyles is great, I come here for service because of him and his customer service and he takes very good care of whatever I need. I have been coming here for 8 years ever since I moved to Jacksonville with a Honda Accord. He is so good that I even bought a new Honda Accord Sport from his dealership because I wanted to keep going to him for service.

Gino is the only reason I have used Coggin Honda, for which I just purchased a 2024 Passport Black edition MY 6th Purchase from Gino.. Your service department quality a degraded over pass years, both in neatness, customer service and cleanliness .. Very disappointed it that department? I will most likely be using Lucas Honda in Jacksonville for my future service, sales needs..
