I am giving my sales rep Cody 5 stars - always. He is the best. He is the most knowledgeable person regarding Hondas, ever, he is quick to respond to my texts, and always gives a superb experience. Our finance manager Ambar was also superb. She worked with us and helped us out tremendously. However, I do have a complaint. It’s been 30 days since we bought our Honda Civic and the title paperwork is incomplete on the dealership’s side. That is unacceptable. Cody is printing a new paper plate but we have been egregiously inconvenienced. Cody is doing what he can, but this could have been avoided. I’ll go back and see Cody in the future, and recommend him to others, because he is the best there is. And we love Hondas and this dealership.Everyone is so nice there, and that makes a difference. Note: Cody also sold me my Honda Accord. 5-star then, too.I haven’t taken my Accord in for an oil change yet but I hope when I do, it’ll continue to be 5 star. Because right now, I am super happy with both Hondas. You blow Nissan out of the park. I was a devout Nissan owner for many years, several cars. But now? Honda all the way, baby! I love my Accord Touring model. My son loves his Civic. We just need the dealership to wrap up what they need to do to get my son legal with an official plate. Thank you for listening.
