The sales guy Joshua was very helpful. My husband told him I had a bad experience and I needed to calm down. After I called , asked what was my goal and what I really was trying to buy. He was super patient with me. Joshua showed me at least 4 cars. At last the very last car came home with me. I was super excited & felt that he went above and beyond to help me.

This was my third in a row Honda from Coggin Honda. Satisfaction keeps customers coming back. There was a sincere effort by the dealer to make this deal work. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and informed. Hopefully, there will be a deal number four in the future.

Good experience start to finish

Andrew was very professional and helpful- I am rating 4 stars not 5 because this is the 3rd time I am in with the same tailgate leak issue- I am hoping this is the last time- also a 4 star because car was filthy in/out when I picked it up-should have been detailed
