Cannot fault the service dept, but I can fault the quality of the tires on this 7 month old vehicle. The Hancook tires recently started to make rotational hum that is downright annoying. So much so that I am tempted to replace with Michelin tires. I had to do the same thing on the last vehicle I had . (Non Honda).

I brought my 2024 Honda crv in because of 2 safety recall notices, one notice was for a improperly manufactured electronic power steering gear box, the other notice was for a high pressure fuel pump, that may leak gas. The fuel pump recall was checked out and found to be ok and the electronic power steering recall needed new parts and were ordered, I will receive a callback when the parts are in. I was very happy the way Coggin Honda handled my recall notices.
