Chris Russo provided excellent customer service and comprehensive care as I brought my 2018 CR-V in for oil change/tire rotation. He graciously connected us with Uber service to a local restaurant while we waited for completion of our service.

Every thing went well. It took longer than expected as I had an appointment. We were having a moon roof visor installed.
