I had maintenance done as advised for the 30,000 mile mark. The appointment went smoothly and my car was washed when they were done. The service advisor was polite and explained everything which was appreciated.

I had a scheduled service to replace brake pads. On the morning that I actually came in, which was several days ahead of my scheduled service, I had an emergency due to my battery being dead. Andrew the Service Rep was able to work me in that day to replace my battery and my brake pads. He also arranged for a ride to and from my home while I waited.
