Overall, my experience at Coggin Honda was a positive one. Ran in to a couple of delays throughout the buying process, but was completely satisfied at the end.

Everything was fine with the exception of tire balancing not being included in 2 years of maintenance on the leased vehicle leased from you. Maybe it's fault for not asking but when a salesperson says maintenance included then I guess I expect tire balancing to be included since that's part of mainlining so the tires don't wear unevenly. I guess I'm not surprised considering the dealership gets you hooked by advertising cars they don't have.

Work was done very quickly

Setting up appt. on-line was easy. Service tech was professional and business-like.
