Our salesman, Shamuel Hawkins, made our inaugural Honda purchase a quick and stress-free experience! He was extremely knowledgeable in answering questions. He saved us lots of time by proactively drafting paperwork with the F&I department to meet our needs. He even followed-up with us to answer questions that we asked in the last few minutes of our visit.

Took my car in for service and they quickly found the issue. Brandi, my service associate, called me several times to keep my updated. She called before she sent over the invoice to let me know it may be covered under warranty to ease my concern and then she called back to confirm it was. Was very grateful for her communication.
