Someone greeted me when I arrived, had made an appointment, and saw service advisor within 10 minutes of arrival. First time at this Honda dealer. Was first service on my 2024 CRV. Advisor looked up my record and the service was, as promised when I purchased the car, no charge. Car was ready when promised. Very happy with service and this service department.
