All went well except the quoted time to do the service. It took 2 hours longer than quoted.

We went into the dealership ready to fight (as we’ve had to for previous car purchases). We soon realized there was nothing to fight about at Coggin. Before even stepping foot in the show room, they provided a quote below MSRP. Once we came in (expecting that quote to change with hidden fees or something), they honored the price and gave us a fair amount on our trade-in. We couldn’t argue about a thing! We were treated well by everyone and Josh took care of things quickly. We are so happy with our experience.
