I am very pleased with the customer service experience, the representative was courteous and he discussed the type of service needed for my vehicle upfront and on a timely manner.

Jimmy is great to worth with, But the process was long winded and frustrating. I ended up making 6-7 trips before final fix was in. One trip was completed wasted as the wrong part was sent.

I had an appointment for an oil change. The service was completed much sooner than anticipated, which was really nice.

First time visit. Having a background in automotive service, particularly as a Honda service writer. I can be a tough service customer. Dennis Angle provides exceptional service. He was thorough and completely recognized that I can “talk” cars. I am planning to return for the services Dennis suggested. After review of my records from Maine I discovered the Diff service and brake fluid service have not been done.
