My wife and I purchased a new Pilot, and then had three trips back to the dealership to fix things. We were very disappointed in how we were treated. We felt ignored and not respected. The service department called the initial issues a “fire hazard” and barely spoke to us. Fede turned into anger. We are not proud of ourselves but we were very afraid of possibilities.Then George stepped in. George saved us from getting even more upset. He listened. He cared about how we felt. He just cared. I am also not happy with how upset I was from the first conversation, but he understood where we were coming from and had empathy for the car I drive my baby and my post-stroke father around in. If anything did happen, my dad is on a walker and my daughter is strapped into a car seat. George got Shams back into the situation. Shams helped us the first time around and the second experience with Shams was also top class. I just want to say thank you to George for hearing us, and taking the time to get us into a new car we weren’t afraid of. George made a massive difference to my family. Ja Johnson in finance helped us both times are well. I definitely want to thank him as well. He knew we weren’t happy, and he took care of us fast. Ja was very good to us on both trips in.

Jimmy Sanchez is always helpful and that’s saying a lot cause I’ve dealt with other service reps there and didn’t feel the customer service level was in par with Jimmy’s.

As soon as I arrived, I was taken care of with no wait. I was kept informed in the process and when the job was complete via text. Excellent service.
