Everything went smoothly!

My car would not start in the morning without a charge but would start during the day. I thought the battery was OK, but when Bob heard my description of what happened he thought. It was the battery but added they would check to see if it might be something else. It turned out it was the battery and in addition recommended four other issues that need to be addressed. I agreed to have three of them done in addition to a new battery that could better handle the electronics of my car. I brought the car in at 1:40 pm and it was ready for pick up around 4:30 pm. I like the service because they disgnose the problem accurately, provide an efficient way for me to approve the services i wanted. I felt in control of the process and and did not feel ripped off which I have experienced at most service centers. The bottom line is that my car starts every morning now.
