Jimmy was very nice and freindly

Dennis took care of issue for me that a different associate refused to look at then lied to me about it. I was extremely impressed with the way Dennis handled the situation. He did the right thing which is hard to come by these days. Also, he was delightful and added some levity to the situation which was appreciated.

I arrived a little early and Dan immediately processed me in. He then gave me an estimated completion time, but there was unexpected drama with the computers. Dan kept me apprised of the situation and my car was done as expected. He ensured that the computer glitch would not become my problem.
